For over a decade, he has supported multiple customers in their business growth journeys. Paweł has partnered with organisations across industries such as IT, oil and gas, healthcare, public sector, insurance, logistics, and energy production.
Paweł believes in meeting customers where they are and crafting bespoke results-driven solutions, leveraging his deep industry experience and academic insight. He provides services to SMEs and corporations’ customers across Europe and the UK.
Paweł loves learning, developing skills, and sharing them with others, possessing industrial certifications such as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), and PhD in the field of Management from Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland).
